Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your nail care appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the nail care procedure. Accepted Payment Methods: I accept all payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, cashapp, apple pay, samsung pay, google pay. All payments must be made in full on the day of your nail care appointment. Pricing: Nail care pricing is based on various factors, including design complexity, size, and placement. The final cost will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the procedures. Changes and Modifications: Any additional design changes or modifications requested during the session may incur additional charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee applies to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. No Shows: No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future bookings. Refund Policy: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit is forfeited, and any additional fees incurred must be paid. Shop Minimum Fee: A shop minimum fee applies to all nail care appointments, regardless of the size or complexity of the procedure. Gratuities: Gratuities for the artist are appreciated but not mandatory. If you choose to tip, it should be in cash and given directly to the artist. Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be settled before the completion of the nail care session. Receipts: A receipt will be provided for all payments made. By scheduling an appointment with KashB Nails/JACQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Payment Policy.
